Here is the big to-do list!

• Install the core social networking plugins for WPMU. (Actually almost done, I’m taking it step-by-step, but they’re ready to go..) This includes setting them up.
• Set up a bookmarking site All I really have left is to set up the two image features and blend the two so one takes priority, add in a little teeny code for “via” links, test out tags and categories appearance in the sidebar and elsewhere, and set up the author archives! So what did I do? (In no particular order.) Set it up through WordPress (on an MU blog) because Pligg doesn’t integrate with WP, edit a rating plugin to appear like Digg, including sorting by recently popular, majorly pair down the admin for users, set up all new registrations to get *limited* “author” privelage to that “blog”*, tweak the “author” privelage, use custom fields plus a custom insert box plugin for easy link insertion, install a “favorites” plugin so it can act more like bookmarks and not just promotion, etc. etc.
• Finish the main themes and make extras. (Oy)
• Finish installing necessary WPMU plugins, like the register page plugin, I’ll include necessary WP plugins in this bullet, too.
• Add games to the site.
• And more…
